Which airport should I fly into?
William P. Hobby Airport (HOU) is the closest airport and is about 20 minutes from the venue.
Will shuttle service be provided to the hotel?
Shuttle service is not provided. Car rental, Lyft, or Uber transportation is recommended.
Do I have to pay for parking at the hotel?
Parking is no-charge at South Shore Harbour Resort and Conference Center.
Will this event be virtual?
No, this will be an in-person event only.
How do I make a hotel reservation?
Upon the completion of registering for the conference, you will receive a confirmation email with hotel accommodation details. Booking must be done prior to Monday, April 3, 2023. All attendees are responsible for securing their own hotel reservations.
What is the conference cancellation policy?
You can receive a full conference refund up to April 11, 2023. To do so, please contact our conference staff at SEPA.Marketing@se.com. Hotel cancellations must be done directly with the hotel.
How do I change/cancel my hotel reservation?
To make a change to an existing reservation or to cancel, please contact the hotel directly at (281) 334-1000.
If I would like to go to both Innovation Days conferences, do I need to register and pay for them separately?
Yes, please. Since the conferences are two different dates and at different locations, you will need to register and pay separately for each event. This will also confirm that you receive any further registrant communication on each event.
